• With Qualiphy, the licensed telehealth platform that powers our compounded Tirzepatide and GLP-1 product offerings, when you purchase those specific products

Clients actively enrolled in Phase 1 (Weight Loss) typically have weekly appointments and may hear from us more frequently. Those in Phase 3 (Maintenance) may receive fewer messages. You may receive up to 3 SMS messages per week related to your appointments, coaching follow-ups, or order status.

Potential Fees for SMS Messaging
Standard message and data rates may apply. Fees vary depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Ideal Health is not responsible for any charges your carrier applies for sending or receiving SMS messages.

Opt-In Method
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Ideal Health through any of the following methods:

• Verbally, during a phone or in-clinic conversation with one of our team members
